How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return an item?

We have a no quibble 60 day returns policy. Of course we hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not happy for any reason you can return it to us within this time.

What if the item is faulty?

We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty or broken item, if you contact us we’ll send you out a replacement. Please let us know as soon as you can if there is a product fault so we can fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.

How long will it take for my refund/exchange?

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please bear in mind that it may take several days for your item to get to us depending on the postal service. We’ll send you an email or direct message to let you know we have processed your return request as soon as it’s been done.

If you request a refund we’ll automatically refund your original payment method. If we no longer have the replacement item that you’re requesting, we may have to issue a refund instead, but if this is the case we’ll send you an email to let you know.

What happens if my return goes missing?

It’s very unlikely that this happens, but please keep your receipt as proof that you have returned your items.

How long do refunds take?

After you receive a notification from us that your return has been processed please allow 48 hours for the amount to show back on your credit or debit card, or in your payment account.
